Dryland pole length

Skiers,

On Tuesday I saw a lot of dry land poles that were WAY too long. Your equipment needs to fit properly if you re going to get the most out of your workouts. Dry land poles should be approximately 10cm shorter than your classic ski poles. If yours are too long than cut them or find new ones. If you are unsure about how to do this than speak with your equipment managers (Jordan, Erin, Mike).

Happy training,

Ian
